Metalizer Colour Range

Quick look at the solid colour range from Plasti Dip. We show the recommended base colour and the colours itself and some including a gloss topcoat.

Normal process is the base colour, followed by the actual colour. Make sure the base is completely smooth with full coverage. If the base is patchy, then the actual colour will be as well. You do not HAVE to do it this way, but you will get varying results if you do not. We do recommend it though. Start with 2 dust coats then wet coats till you get full coverage.

Next the actual colour. Straight over with wet coats, 4-5 and good to go!

You can topcoat it with optional topcoat if wanted (Glossifier)

IMPORTANT - Remember, light, shadows, camera, monitor or phone settings will make the colours look a little off sometimes, use the as a guide and not as an exact match! There are too many variables to show you the identical colour. With PlastiDip though, the lid will depict the colour. As long as you receive the genuine USA made ones, which is good as that's all we sell :). If you receive a clear lid with just a sticker depicting the colour, thats one of the fake EU made cans :(. We don't sell the fake ones! :)
